A Taste That
Started a Legacy
In 1999, Youssef Al Abdallah, known as Abu Hussein, opened a small restaurant in Lebanon specializing in charcoal-grilled chicken. But the real story began with a sauce he spent months perfecting.
That secret recipe, bold and unmistakable, became the heart of everything. Today, Al Abdalla has grown from one grill to 16 locations across Lebanon, UAE, and Iraq.
The mission stays the same: share authentic Lebanese charcoal chicken with the world, one plate at a time.
